Grades PreK-6th
Both our Summer Camp and Fall League are for grades PreK-6th and focus on helping kids grow in their faith with Jesus Christ, grow as a person, and grow as an athlete.
Upward Soccer Fall League 2025
We are excited for our fifth year for our Upward Soccer Fall League! Registration will open 6/7/25 and can be found at the link below! The Early-Bird cost is $65 until 7/31/25 when it will go up to $90 per player with registration closing 8/20/25. The league starts with evaluations in early August and then practices will start the first week of September, the week of Labor Day. Games will be every Saturday, starting 9/13/25, through the first Saturday in November, 11/1/25, and our End of Season Celebration will be on 11/8. Players must be 4 years old before 8/20/25 to play. Players that are 4 years old through starting 3rd grade play 4v4 and players that are starting 4th grade through starting 7th grade will play 7v7. All games, practices, and the celebration will happen on campus at Selinsgrove Church of the Nazarene at 543 W. Sassafras Rd.
The next step, after registration, is to come back to this page and get signed up for an evaluation slot. Every player is evaluated on their general skill level before the beginning of each league. Upward soccer puts a much higher emphasis on teaching the game of soccer over winning games. So to help us with that approach we evenly distribute players based on skill to give every team the best chance to compete. Evaluations are mandatory for every player and will be held at four different times, 8/18, 8/19, 8/21 5:30-8PM & 8/23 9-11AM. The same time your player is evaluated is when your player will be fitted for their jersey and their shorts, if you opted to purchase the optional shorts. The whole process should take less than 30 minutes to complete. To sign up for a slot, click the link below!

At the SCN Upward Soccer program our number one goal is the introducing kids and their families to the person of Jesus Christ. After that we value teaching healthy values and character to kids as well as helping them learn the game of soccer and sharpen their skills. We would love to have you join us for another great year!

Cleats are highly recommended but shin guards are a requirement for our league.
Practices will be once a week in the evening. Games are every Saturday.
Games will be rescheduled, if possible, for inclement weather.
Registration closes on 8/20/25.

Volunteer with our league!
There are many ways you can help with our league! You can help coach a team, referee games, help with the concession stand, help with the evaluation process, help with field maintenance, help with sound equipment setup, or just come and cheer on the kids!

Summer camp registration opens April 11th, 2025 and is open until June 1st! The cost for camp is $55 per player, $45 if you register by May 18th.
Camp is June 8th-12th from 5:30-8pm each night. Players will be put on teams according to grade levels and each night will be able to work on a variety of skills as well as have a snack and participate in a bible lesson. Included in their registration is an Upward t-shirt, a durable water bottle, and soccer ball at the end of the week! The last night of camp is Family Night, when the teams get to scrimmage and we celebrate the week with team awards and special surprises! The whole family is invited and dinner is provided!
Some important things to note:
Cleats and shin guards are not a requirement, but are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Registration is open until 6/1/25, but any registration after 5/23 might not have their shirt, water bottle, or soccer ball in time for camp.

Monday: Silly Socks
Tuesday: Mix Matched Clothing
Wednesday: Team color
Thursday: Upward Shirt (provided on first night)
